2-13-90 <br /> Charles Hunt, EHS, made a site visit and confirmed that the barrels <br /> had not been removed. Mr. Hunt also noted that 9 or 10 additional <br /> unlabeled barrels of unknown contents and were located in various <br /> areas around the hanger. Mr. Hunt noted that approximately 100 <br /> barrels were moved to the North side of the hanger building. Mr. <br /> Ricketts confirmed the waste barrels had been sampled a week <br /> earlier and they had been sorted into 3 waste categories: <br /> 1. Primarily water. <br /> 2 . Primarily waste oil. <br /> 3 . Primarily waste solvents. <br /> Mr. Ricketts confirmed that he had been in contact with Mark Roser <br /> of Telic Engineering and noted that a firm removal date for the <br /> material had not been determined. <br /> 2-21-90 <br /> Charles Hunt returned a call to Jim Ricketts of Aero Nostalgia. <br /> Mr. Ricketts was not in but had left a message that Telic <br /> Engineering was to pick up the barrels the following day. Mr. <br /> Ricketts also requested more information on obtaining an EPA #. <br /> 3-1-90 <br /> Mr. Charles Hunt, EHS, made an inspection of the site. An <br /> inventory of the barrels was obtained and photographs were taken of <br /> the barrel storage area. <br /> The following inventory was noted at the site: <br /> WASTE SOLVENT <br /> 32 - 55 gal. drums <br /> 1 - 25 gal. drum <br /> 1 - 35 gal. drum <br /> (all drums were covered and full or nearly full) <br /> 5 <br />
