10-13-89 <br /> Charles Hunt attempted to contact Wendall Thompson, Telic <br /> Engineering, and left a message to return the call. <br /> 12-13-89 <br /> Charles Hunt, EHS, contacted Jim Ricketts, and informed him that <br /> the waste barrels were to be removed from the site as soon as <br /> possible. Mr. Hunt contacted Mark Roser of Telic Engineering and <br /> informed him that PHS-EHD wanted a firm date on the removal of the <br /> barrels from the site. <br /> 1-16-90 <br /> Mr. Hunt called Telic Engineering and left a message to return the <br /> call and to confirm if the hazardous waste barrels had been <br /> removed and to request copies of the required manifests and/or <br /> receipts. <br /> 2-1-90 <br /> Reinspection of the facility by Charles Hunt revealed the barrels <br /> were still located on the site and had not been removed as <br /> required. Mr. Hunt contacted Doug Wilson, Supervising RENS, on 2- <br /> 2-90 to inform him of the repeated violations at the site. <br /> (SEE EXHIBIT C) <br /> 2-2-90 <br /> The facility file was reviewed by Doug Wilson, Supervising REHS, at <br /> the request of Charles Hunt, EHS. <br /> Doug Wilson contacted Jim Ricketts concerning the continuing <br /> hazardous waste violations at the site and the pending legal action <br /> if the barrels were not removed as required by the abatement notice <br /> issued by Charles Hunt. <br /> Mr. Ricketts stated that he would have the barrels removed from the <br /> site by 2-12-90. <br /> 4 <br />
