The labels have multiple <br /> generator addresses and multiple compositions(contents) preprinted on them. The labels also have all four <br /> hazardous properties, toxic, reactive, ignitable and corrosive marked on them <br /> -hazardous waste label on waste asbestos did not have the hazardous property, composition (contents)or physical <br /> state marked <br /> -hazardous waste label on used oil did not have the hazardous property, or the physical state marked <br /> -two 1 g containers with the original "Methyl Alcohol" label on it with handwritten word "waste"did not have a <br /> hazardous waste label with any of the required information <br /> -two satellite containers in the pharmacy were not marked with generator name and address, contents, hazardous <br /> property, and physical state <br /> All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: <br /> -the words"Hazardous Waste" <br /> -name and address of generator <br /> -hazardous properties <br /> -physical state <br /> -composition (contents) <br /> -accumulation start date <br /> Immediately label these containers and ensure that all hazardous waste containers are marked with all the required <br /> information. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class ll. <br /> 3030 HSC 25189.5(d)Any person who knowingly treats or stores any hazardous waste at a facility which does not have a <br /> permit from the department. <br /> At time of inspection: <br /> Hazardous waste from 2131 N. California St., Stockton CA "Stockton Pathology" <br /> was being transported to 1800 N. California St. Stockton CA"St. Joesph's hospital" a non-contiguous property(off <br /> site). The hazardous waste was being received, co-mingled, and stored by St. Joesph's employees with their own <br /> hazardous waste. St. Joesph's hospital is not a permitted facility by the department. <br /> Immediately cease the receipt and storage of offsite hazardous waste. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Routine inspection conducted April 21, 2017 and April 24th 2017.
