PURPOSE: <br /> An inspection was conducted at ASCO/DELTA, as part of the Public Health <br /> Services Hazardous Waste Generator surveillance program. <br /> II. REPRESENTATIVES PRESENT: <br /> ASCO/Delta <br /> Alan Estes, Materials Manager <br /> Public Health Services-Environmental Health Division (PHS-EHD) <br /> William Snavely, Registered Environmental Health Specialist <br /> III. OWNER/OPERATOR: <br /> ASCO/Delta, Inc. has been a subsidiary of the Automatic Switch Company <br /> since 1986. <br /> The Materials Manager is Alan Estes, Tim J. Carlson is Manufacturing Manager, <br /> and Al Lane is the president of ASCO/Delta. <br /> IV. BACKGROUND: <br /> On June 5, 1989, PHS-EHD placed ASCO/Delta on it's Hazardous Waste <br /> Generator Program inventory.
