These are addressed <br /> below-, <br /> • 103 — No modified contingency plan: The "Hazardous Waste Emergency <br /> Information" form has been completed, and posted in each of the work areas. A <br /> copy of the completed form is attached. Status: COMPLETE. <br /> • 109 — Failed to keep signed copy of manifests from the designated facility for <br /> three years: The manifest in question could not be found during the inspection, <br /> but was located afterwards. The manifest, #002500475 GBF, is attached. <br /> Status COMPLETE. <br /> ® 110 — Failed to comply with uniform hazardous waste manifest exception <br /> requirements: The manifest in question could not be found at the facility, but was <br /> available at the EHS office in Fresno. A copy of the manifest, #008824095 FLE, <br /> has been sent to the Stockton facility and is attached. Status COMPLETE. <br /> • 303 — Failed to maintain all communication or alarm systems spill control or <br /> decontamination equipment: A level gauge for the used oil tank was purchased <br /> from Grainger, and installed on the used oil tank. Attached is copy of the <br /> purchase order, and a photo showing installation. Status: COMPLETE. <br /> • 403— Failed to keep hazardous waste containers closed except when adding or <br /> removing hazardous waste: This refers to use of the portable oil drain pan, <br /> which had not been emptied after use. Shop employees have been instructed to <br /> transfer the used oil into the storage tank after every job, and to not leave oil in <br /> the drain pan. Status: COMPLETE. <br /> 605 — Failed to completely label containers or tanks of hazardous waste: In this <br /> case, the shop supervisor erroneously purchased the Federal hazardous waste <br /> labels instead of the California one.
