Three of the violations on the report have been completed: • 613— Failed to conduct inspections or maintain records for 3 years: This violation resulted from how the facility inspector dated his reports. He has been conducting the monthly inspections, and has been coached on the proper way to document the inspection. A copy of the March inspection is attached. Status COMPLETE. • 616— Failed to schedule and conduct discharge prevention briefings at least annually: A safety meeting was held on March 16, 2016, to conduct a briefing on the facility SPCC plan with employees. A copy of the safety meeting roster is attached. Status COMPLETE. ® 716 — Failed to provide each container with a high level monitoring device: This is the same as violation#303 above. A level gauge has been purchased for the used oil tank. Status COMPLETE. For the remaining violations, we have hired HDR Inc. to prepare a revised SPCC plan that will address all issues noted during the inspection. Their environmental engineer, Michael Ernst, PE, CPSWQ, QSD, visited the site on March 16, 2016, to begin the process. He was provided a copy of the current SPCC plan and a copy of your report.
