In the event that agreements 4 for site access are not obtained within 60 days of request by the 51 Department, PG&E shall notify the Department regarding its failure 6 to obtain such agreements within 15 days thereafter. If the 7 Department still wishes that access be obtained to any properties 8 where such agreements have not been obtained, it may use its legal g authority as necessary to obtain such access for itself and for 10 PG&E. In the event that the Department obtains access, PG&E shall I 11 undertake the work pursuant to this Order. Nothing in this 12 paragraph is intended or shall be construed to limit in any way the 13 right of entry or inspection that the Department or any other agency 141 may otherwise have under law, or to take appropriate enforcement i 15 actions against said property owners. 16 3 . 16 . Sampling Data and Document Availability. PG&E shall 17ipermit the Department and its authorized representatives to inspect 18 and copy all sampling, testing, monitoring or other data generated 19 iby PG&E or on PG&E ' s behalf in any way pertaining to work undertaken 20 pursuant to this Order. PG&E shall inform the Department at least 21 15 days in advance of all field sampling under this Order, and shall 22i allow the Department and its authorized representatives to take 231 duplicates of any samples collected by PG&E pursuant to this Order. 2_ � a1 PG&E shall maintain a central repository of the data, reports, and Zo other documents prepared pursuant to this Order.
