Site Access. The Department and its authorized representatives shall 16 have the authority to enter and move freely about all property at 17theSite at all reasonable times for purposes of carrying out their 18 legal duties, including, but not limited to: inspecting records, 19 �loperating logs, sampling and analytic data, and contracts relating 201 to this Site; reviewing the progress of PG&E in carrying out the 21 terms of this Order; conducting such tests as the Department may 22 ! deem necessary; and verifying the data submitted to the Department 23 ' by PG&E.
