The RI/FS Workplan shall be <br /> 9 designed to allow PG&E to meet the objectives in Paragraph 3 . 1.21 <br /> 10 and shall cover, at a minimum, each of the following elements: <br /> 11 a. Project Management; <br /> 121 b. Scoping; <br /> 131 C. Sampling; <br /> 14j d. Quality Assurance/Quality Control ; <br /> 151 e. Data Management; <br /> 16 f. Health and Safety; <br /> 17 � g. Public Health and Environmental Evaluation; <br /> 181 h. Feasibility Study; <br /> 19 i. Other Activities ; and <br /> 201 j . Schedule; <br /> 21 with each of the elements described in greater detail as follows: <br /> 22 a. Protect Management. The Workplan shall describe how the <br /> 23I project will be managed by PG&E and its contractors, <br /> 241 subcontractors and consultants including an organization chart <br /> 251 with the names and titles of key personnel and a description <br /> 26 <br /> Iof their individual responsibilities; <br /> I <br /> 27I b.
