The Workplan <br /> 311 <br /> shall describe how the magnitude and probability of actual or <br /> 4 potential harm to public health and welfare and the <br /> 511 environment by the threatened and/or actual release of a <br /> 6 hazardous substance will be determined and shall describe they <br /> 7 activities necessary to accomplish this task including: <br /> 8 (1) an evaluation of the results of the site investigation <br /> 9 showing the actual and potential amounts and concentrations <br /> i <br /> 10 of hazardous substances in all relevant environmental media <br /> I � <br /> 11 (air, water, soil , sediment and biota) at the conclusion of <br /> 12 the remedial investigation and projected in the future; <br /> 131 (2) an assessment of the environmental fate and transport <br /> 14 , mechanisms for each hazardous substance within the relevant <br /> 151 environmental media; <br /> 16 (3) identification of the hazardous and toxicological <br /> 17 properties and relevant human health and environmental <br /> 181 standards and criteria for the hazardous substance(s) found <br /> I <br /> 191 in the Site investigation; <br /> 20 (4) identification of all exposure pathways and the extent <br /> 21 of actual and/or potential exposure; <br /> 22 (5) identification of the population(s) at risk; and <br /> 23I (6) an evaluation of the extent of expected harm and the <br /> I <br /> 241 likelihood of such harm occurring. <br /> 25 � h. Feasibility Study.
