i <br /> d <br /> i <br /> I environmental, institutional, and cost considerations, and <br /> 2 including, at a minimum, the following information: <br /> 3 (1) A summary of the existing and potential hazards for <br /> 4 which corrective action may be required; <br /> 5 (2) A description of the alternative remedial actions <br /> 6 which will be evaluated; <br /> I <br /> 7 (3) A list of the technologies which will be screened for <br /> 8 each alternative remedial action described in (2) above; <br /> 9 (4) A description of the public health, environmental and <br /> 10 cost factors and criteria which will be considered in <br /> i <br /> 11 screening and analyzing each alternative remedial action <br /> 12 technology, including, but not limited to, effectiveness, <br /> 13 reliability, timeliness of implementation, unit cost, <br /> 14I availability, operation and maintenance costs and <br /> 15 conformity with applicable laws and regulations; <br /> 16 (5) A description of all pilot studies, bench tests or <br /> 17 other activities which will be performed to evaluate each <br /> 181 alternative remedial action technology; and <br /> 19 (6) A description of the Federal and State environmental <br /> 20 and public health requirements to be considered in <br /> 21 developing the remedy. <br /> 22 i.
