The Workplan shall include proposed schedules <br /> 3 which provide specific time frames and dates for completion of <br /> 4 each activity and report conducted or submitted under the <br /> e1 RI/FS work phase for the Site. <br /> 6 3 . 1. 4 . RI/FS Workplan Implementation. PG&E shall implement thel <br /> 7 RI/FS Workplan for the Site defined in Paragraph 1. 2 , as approved by <br /> 8 the Department in accordance with the approved schedules. <br /> i <br /> 9 I 3 . 1. 5 . Remedial Investigation Report. A draft Remedial <br /> 10 Investigation Report for the Site shall be prepared and submitted by <br /> 11 PG&E to the Department for review and approval in accordance with <br /> 12 the approved RI/FS Workplan Schedule. For the Site described in <br /> 131 Paragraph 1. 2 (i. e. , Area I, Area II , and Area III) , PG&E shall <br /> 14 ' prepare and submit a single, overall RI Report for the site. The RI <br /> 15 Report shall contain sufficient information on the Site to provide <br /> 16 the basis for an independent, stand-alone feasibility study for the <br /> 17 Site as set forth below. The RI Report shall address hazardous <br /> 18isubstance contamination over the entire area of the Site and at <br /> 19 adjacent areas affected by past operations at the Site, not just the <br /> 20 areas that have been investigated in the past. The Remedial <br /> 211InvestigationReport shall summarize the results of the remedial <br /> 221 investigation including reduction, presentation and interpretation <br /> 2 I <br /> of all data and information generated and/or compiled during the <br /> 24 remedial investigation. The Remedial Investigation Report shall <br /> I <br /> 251 cover the following subjects relating to the Site: <br /> 261 a. Introduction <br /> 271 1.
