Environmental Impacts <br /> 2 The Department shall review the draft Remedial Investigation <br /> 3 Report for the Site and either approve it as submitted or provide <br /> 4 comments in writing to PG&E on how it must be changed. <br /> 5 3 . 1. 6. Feasibility Study Report. A draft Feasibility Study <br /> 6 Report for the Site shall be prepared and submitted by PG&E to the <br /> 7 Department for review and approval in accordance with the approved <br /> 8 RI/FS Workplan schedule. PG&E shall prepare and submit an overall <br /> 9 i <br /> FS Report for the Site and also shall contain sufficient information I <br /> 10 to provide the basis for an independent, stand-alone Remedial Action <br /> 11 plan for the overall Site as set forth below. The FS report shall <br /> 12 address hazardous substance contamination over the entire Site and <br /> 13L adjacent areas affected by past operations at the Site, not just <br /> 14lthe areas that have been investigated in the past. The Feasibility <br /> 15 Study Report shall summarize the results of the feasibility study <br /> 16 including reduction, presentation and interpretation of all data and <br /> 17 information generated and/or compiled during the feasibility study. <br /> 181 The feasibility study shall cover the following subjects relating to <br /> 19 the Site. <br /> 20 a.
