(continued) <br /> Immediately locate a copy of the missing manifests or prepare and submit an exception report to DTSC. <br /> By May 21, 2011, submit to the EHD a copy of the signed off copy of the manifests or a copy of the <br /> exception report submitted to DTSC. <br /> 81. This facility collects electronic waste, which is collected and stored in metal dumpsters in a manner <br /> that does not protect against breakage and damage. A generator shall manage electronic devices in a <br /> way that prevents releases of any universal waste or component to the environment under reasonably <br /> foreseeable conditions. Electronic devices should be contained in a manner that prevents breakage and <br /> release of components to the environment. If a container is used, it shall prevent leakage, spillage, or <br /> damage that could cause leakage. Immediately begin managing these waste electronic devices in <br /> accordance with Title 22 regulations and ensure that all waste electronic devices are managed this way <br /> in the future. <br /> 85. Copies of universal waste disposal records were not found on site. A generator of universal waste <br /> shall keep a record of each shipment of universal waste on site for at least three years. The record may <br /> take the form of a log, invoice, manifest, bill of lading, or other shipping document, and shall include the <br /> following- <br /> - Name & address of destination facility <br /> - Quantity & type of universal waste <br /> - Date of departure/shipment <br /> Begin this practice immediately. <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification to the EHD by May 21, 2011 <br /> along with a statement documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each <br /> violation and any supporting paperwork. <br /> "Facility generated 16.58 tons of hazardous waste in 2010. <br /> Note: This facility provides a curb-side collection of used oil for the city of Stockton.
