It cannot be determined how long the unlabeled containers, and the 5 gallon buckets of sandblaster <br /> waste and used absorbent have been on site. Facilities who generate less than 1000 kg of hazardous <br /> waste per month and do not exceed 6000 kg of waste stored on site at any time may store waste on site <br /> up to 180 days. Immediately label these containers and ensure that all containers are marked with all <br /> the required information. Immediately contact a licensed hazardous waste hauler to dispose of this <br /> waste under manifest and submit a copy of the manifest to the EHD by February 3, 2011. <br /> 85. Copies of universal waste disposal records were not found on site. A generator of universal waste <br /> (fluorescent bulbs, electronics, aerosol cans, alkaline batteries, CRTs, mercury containing items) shall <br /> keep a record of each shipment of universal waste on site for at least three years.
