See attached"Continuation-Official Inspection Report"for violations)not listed above. <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> CLASS I,CLASS 11,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> ROUTINE HAZARDOUS WASTE GENERATOR INSPECTION <br /> Class II violations: (108, 122, 125, 135, 305, 402, 404, 605, 610, 701, 812, 910, 912) <br /> 108. No hazardous waste determination has been made for metal fines generated from metal grinding in <br /> the front shop. The metal fines are being collected in an unlabeled container. A proposal for evaluation <br /> of metal fines was obtained in August 2011. No evaluation has been conducted. Any person who <br /> generates a waste shall determine if the waste is a hazardous waste. Immediately make a hazardous <br /> waste determination for the metal fines, and manage them according the Title 22 hazardous waste <br /> regulations. Particles 100 microns or smaller must be handled as hazardous waste if the metal is <br /> determined to be a hazardous waste. Submit a statement and supporting documentation explaining how <br /> this waste was managed by April 30, 2012. <br /> REPEAT VIOLATION <br /> 122 & 125. Copies of hazardous waste disposal records for used antifreeze and sandblast waste for the <br /> last three years were not found on site. Hazardous waste generators shall retain copies of all manifests <br /> signed off by the disposal facility and all receipts used in a consolidated manifesting procedure on site for <br /> three years and have them readily available for review.
