Since it cannot be determined how long the used antifreeze has been on site, immediately <br /> contact a licensed hazardous waste hauler to dispose of this waste under manifest and submit a copy of <br /> the manifest to the EHD by April 30, 2012. <br /> REPEAT VIOLATION <br /> 610. A 5 gallon bucket and a 15 gallon blue steel drum of drained used oil filters were observed <br /> unlabeled and open in the hazardous waste storage are to the northwest of the front shop. Used oil <br /> filters must be stored in a closed, rainproof container, labeled as "drained used oil filters," and marked <br /> with an accumulation start date. Immediately close and label these containers and ensure that all used <br /> oil filters are managed in this way. Since it cannot be determined how long these filters have been <br /> onsite, immediately recycle these filters under a bill of lading and submit a copy of the bill of lading to the <br /> EHD by April 30, 2012. <br /> REPEAT VIOLATION <br /> 701. According to Mr. Maldonado, the sandblast waste has been on site for approximately a year. <br /> Facilities who generate less than 1000 kg of hazardous waste per month and do not exceed 6000 kg of <br /> waste stored on site at any time may store waste on site up to 180 days. Immediately contact a licensed <br /> hazardous waste hauler to dispose of this waste under manifest and submit a copy of the manifest to the <br /> EHD by April 30, 2012. <br /> REPEAT VIOLATION <br /> 812. Copies of universal waste disposal records were not found on site. A generator of universal waste <br /> (batteries, mercury containing equipment, lamps/bulbs, electronic devices, CRTs, CRT glass, aerosol <br /> cans) shall keep a record of each shipment of universal waste on site for at least three years. The <br /> record may take the form of a log, invoice, manifest, bill of lading, or other shipping document, and shall <br /> include the following: <br /> ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABovE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br /> THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY TIME AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br /> EHD Inspector.
