Mr. Bulmaro Maldonado BSK Proposal EF 11.6211 <br /> August 19,2011 Page 2 <br /> The following analytical tests will be conducted to estimate if the material <br /> would be classified as a "Hazardous Waste" as defined in California Title <br /> 22 Regulations. <br /> ■ Total Threshold Limit Concentrations (TTLC), Soluble Threshold <br /> Limit Concentration (STLC), and Toxicity Characteristic Leaching <br /> Procedure (TCLP) for California Assessment Metals (CAM-17) <br /> ■ Ignitability (EPA method 10 10) <br /> ■ Corrosivity (pH Test) (EPA Method 9045C) <br /> ■ Reactive Cyanide(Method SW 846) <br /> ■ Reactive Sulfide (Method SW 846) <br /> A brief report will be prepared summarizing analytical findings and an evaluation <br /> of the material in respect to the classification of Hazardous Waste. <br /> SCHEDULE <br /> BSK expects that laboratory analytical result will take approximately three weeks from receipt of <br /> samples. A report of findings will be generated approximately two weeks after the receipt of <br /> analytical data. <br /> FEES <br /> BSK will perform the analysis and the report on a time-and-materials basis and estimates.a fee to <br /> complete the scope of services of$2,800. Modifications to the proposed scope of services due to <br /> agency requirements, field conditions, or other reasons, may affect our actual fees. However, we <br /> will not exceed this amount without prior authorization. Our invoice will be based on the actual <br /> amount of work performed and be billed on a monthly basis in accordance with our 2011 Fee . <br /> Schedule. <br /> LINHTATIONS <br /> BSK's services will be performed in a manner consistent with the level of care and skill <br /> ordinarily exercised by other professionals practicing in the same locale and under similar <br /> circumstances at the time the work is performed. No warranty, either express or implied, is <br /> included. <br /> CONDITIONS AND AUTHORIZATION <br /> BSK will perform its services consistent with the level of care and skill ordinarily exercised by <br /> other consultants practicing in the same discipline and locale at the time the services are <br /> performed. Enclosed are our General Conditions for Environmental Consulting Services and <br /> two copies of BSK's Agreement for Environmental Consulting Services.
