The hazardous properties and physical properties were incorrect as a result. The <br /> accumulation start date was also missing. <br /> -One red 16 gallon steel drum containing used absorbent was observed without a hazardous waste label. <br /> -One 240 gallon used oil container was observed missing the accumulation start date and the name and address of <br /> the generator. <br /> All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: <br /> -the words"Hazardous Waste" <br /> -name and address of generator <br /> -hazardous properties <br /> -physical state <br /> -composition (contents) <br /> -accumulation start date <br /> Immediately label these containers and ensure that all hazardous waste containers are marked with all the required <br /> information. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection.
