Hazardous waste generators shall <br /> retain copies of all manifests signed off by the destination facility on site for three years and have them readily <br /> available for review. If the generator did not receive a copy of the manifest with the handwritten signature of the <br /> owner or operator of the facility to which the generator's waste was submitted within 60 days of the date the waste <br /> was accepted by the initial transporter,the generator shall submit a legible copy of the missing manifest,with some <br /> indication that the generator has not received confirmation of delivery. This information shall be submitted to: <br /> DTSC Report Repository <br /> Generator Information Services Section <br /> P.O. Box 806 <br /> Sacramento, CA 95812-0806 <br /> Immediately locate a copy of the missing manifests or prepare and submit the required information to DTSC. <br /> Submit to the EHD a copy of the signed off copy of the manifest or a copy of the information submitted to DTSC. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 113 HSC 25160.2(b)(3) Failed to keep copies of consolidated manifesting receipts for three years. <br /> One disposal record of absorbent was found on site from 2017. One disposal record for used oil filters <br /> (metal/paper)was found on site from 2015 and three disposal records were observed on site from 2016. Hazardous <br /> waste generators shall retain copies of all manifests signed off by the disposal facility and all receipts used in a <br /> consolidated manifesting procedure on site for three years and have them readily available for review. Immediately <br /> locate a copy of all manifests and receipts for the last three years, maintain them on site. Submit the used <br /> absorbent records for 2015, 2016, and 2017. Submit the used oil filter records (metal and paper)for 2015 and <br /> 2016. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 406 CCR 66261.7 Contaminated container not marked with date emptied or managed within one year of being emptied. <br /> In the storage area, six red 16 gallon steel drums and one 275 gallon plastic tote were observed empty. Containers <br /> larger than five gallons that previously held a hazardous material shall be marked with the date they were emptied <br /> and managed within one year of being emptied.
