(101, 108, 122, 125, 305, 703) <br /> 101. This facility does not have a valid EPA ID number to manage hazardous waste. A hazardous waste <br /> generator shall not treat, store, dispose of, transport or offer for transportation, hazardous waste without <br /> an EPA ID number. Immediately obtain an EPA ID number to manage hazardous waste and submit <br /> evidence to the EHD by February 3, 2013. A form has been provided. <br /> 108. Oily cardboard being used as a drip containment for tractor equipment is being disposed of without <br /> first determining hazardous properties. Any person who generates a waste shall determine if the waste is <br /> a hazardous waste. Immediately stop disposal of oily cardboard, make a hazardous waste determination <br /> for the oily absorbent waste, and manage it according the Title 22 hazardous waste regulations. Submit <br /> a statement and supporting documentation explaining how this waste was managed by February 3, 2013. <br /> 122 & 125. Copies of hazardous waste disposal records for the absorbent used on vehicle battery spills <br /> were not found on site. Hazardous waste generators shall retain copies of all manifests signed off by the <br /> disposal facility and all receipts used in a consolidated manifesting procedure on site for three years and <br /> have them readily available for review.
