Health: 1 (slight) <br /> Flammability: 1 (slight) <br /> Reactivity: 0 (minimal) <br /> and are compatible with this steel tank. <br /> Stored waste liquids in the used coolant tank are not classified as combustible. <br /> These liquids have the following HMIS Hazard Ratings: <br /> Health: 2 (moderate) <br /> Flammability: 1 (slight) <br /> Reactivity: 0(minimal) <br /> and are compatible with this polyethylene tank. <br /> (9) Inspection Prior To Placing In Service: <br /> Report author has no knowledge of system commissioning <br /> activities or testing. <br /> (10)Testing for Tightness: <br /> The waste oil storage tank was tested by the manufacturer for tightness <br /> at an internal pressure of 5.0 psig for 24 hours prior to tank being placed <br /> in service. <br /> The polyethylene construction of the used coolant tank precludes <br /> pressure testing. <br /> (11) Estimated Remaining Service Life: <br /> Ancillary Equipment: <br /> Hoses: 5 years <br /> Pump: 8 years until next elastomer replacement. <br /> Waste Oil Tank: <br /> Provided that no incidents such as fire sprinkler release or roof leaks <br /> occur the service life of this tank is indefinite. <br /> Used Coolant Tank: <br /> Normal design life for a polyethylene tank is 20 years. Because this tank <br /> is still in sound working condition, the remaining service life should <br /> exceed five years from this date. <br />
