Clark Dr., Stockton, CA 95215 <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) performed a routine hazardous <br /> waste generator inspection on April 1, 2016, at the above referenced site. <br /> An inspection report was issued identifying information to be submitted to bring this site into <br /> compliance. This information was required to be submitted by May 13, 2016. A follow up was <br /> received May 5, 2016 in three parts, with the subject "Inspection Response— Pick-n-Pull Auto <br /> Dismantlers." The information submitted did not fully address the issues noted in the inspection <br /> report, resulting in a non-compliant status for this facility. <br /> Note: All EHD staff time associated with failing to comply, including the issuance of this <br /> letter, may be billed at the current hourly rate ($139). Failure to submit the completed <br /> information immediately may result in a re-inspection, additional violations, and/or <br /> further legal action. <br /> The missing and incomplete information includes: <br /> • Complete training records. (#111) <br /> c The submittal states training records are maintained on site. Submit copies of <br /> the missing records, including the name and job title of each employee, a <br /> description for each job title listed, including requisite skill, education, <br /> qualifications, and duties, and a description of training to be given to each <br /> position, both initial and as an annual refresher. <br /> • Uniform hazardous waste manifests signed by the destination facility.
