". -=N-f <br /> California Pick-n-Pull facilities participate as a Certified Used Oil Collection Center(Certified Center). <br /> Under this program, Pick-n-Pull accepts used oil from customers at no more than 5 gallons per customer <br /> per day. Acceptance procedures are as follows to ensure that oil is properly managed and transferred <br /> into the collection container and that the acceptance of contaminated oils is prevented/minimized to <br /> extent possible. <br /> Pick-n-Pull employees tasked to accept used oils from the public should do the following before <br /> accepting the used oil: <br /> 1. Ask the customer if anything has been added to the used oil: "do you know if this oil was mixed <br /> with gasoline,antifreeze, paint, or other household products"? <br /> o If the answer is yes, kindly let them know that under the program,the State and our <br /> company policy does not allow us to accept the oil. However,the customer should be <br /> referred to the local public agency that does accept hazardous wastes.
