CADG requirements have also been <br /> incorporated into the SWPPP. <br /> • Consent Decree agreement between Pick-n-Pull Auto Dismantlers and the California Sportsfishing Protection <br /> Alliance(CSPA). <br /> SWPPP: Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan <br /> - Site specific - Describes roles&responsibilities - Provides contact information <br /> - Describes BMPs - Identifies potential pollutant sources - Describes monitoring requirements <br /> - Provides Site Map - Describes reporting requirements <br /> Stormwater Pollution Prevention Team: <br /> - Regional Director - Store Manager - Production Manager <br /> - Sales Manager - Reg. Environmental Mgr. - Corporate Management <br /> Identified Potential Pollutant Sources <br /> All materials,chemicals,and wastes associated with Site industrial activities and processes. Includes activities associated <br /> with production and sales (shipping,receiving,de-garbaging,storage,crushing,customer yard,etc.). Does not include <br /> parking areas. <br /> Identified Drainage Areas:represented by an outfall(discharge point). <br /> Identified Pollutants that may be present in Site stormwater discharges: TSS (dirt), O&G,Metals(Al,Cu,Fe,Pb,Zn— <br /> Cd,Hg),corrosives(acids&bases),&coolant. Determines what we analyze for in the lab. <br /> BMPs—Pollutant Controls: <br /> - Housekeeping - Preventive Maintenance - SPCC <br /> - Material Handling - Waste Management - Erosion&Sediment Controls <br /> - Training - Quality Assurance - Record Keeping <br /> Additional BMPs <br /> - Exposure Minimization -Containment/Discharge Reduction - Treatment Controls <br /> - Other(pressure washing,pavement sealing,geotextile lining,parking area maintenance) <br /> *CSPA Requirements: <br /> Consent Decree Effective Dates: November 2014—November 2016. <br /> Additional BMPs: Annual pad washing,sealing, sweeping schedule,hood closure,signage,treatment system changes, etc. <br /> these are stated in your SWPPP. <br /> Sampling Requirements (as discussed below) <br /> Annual Training <br /> Reporting,document sharing,inspections/site visits <br /> Initial Payments,Annual Fees,Action Plan Fees,&Late Fees. <br />
