Forms should be directly emailed/faxed to me. Corporate EHS no longer managing <br /> reports. <br /> Sampling Procedures: Who,Where,When,Frequency,How. <br /> Will follow CADG sampling program. 4x per year. 2 samples per half of year(July—Dec&Jan—June), <br /> Will test for: Metals:Al,Fe,Pb,Cu,Zn;pH; TSS; O&G; and BOD. <br /> Treatment System Operations: review of process,responsibilities,contact information and maintenance. <br /> Contacts: REM(408-368-1300), StonnwateRx,J Bender.
