I Introduction <br /> 1.1 Purpose <br /> The Pick-n-Pull facility located at 3927 Clark Drive in Stockton, CA (Facility) stores hazardous <br /> materials and generates hazardous wastes. Employee training is required for all employees <br /> handling the hazardous materials and hazardous wastes located at this Facility. Training is <br /> required to ensure that personnel are able to respond effectively to emergencies involving <br /> hazardous materials and wastes by familiarizing them with proper emergency procedures, <br /> available emergency response equipment, and other applicable requirements. This Hazardous <br /> Waste Training Program Summary describes the training program implemented at this Facility <br /> associated with hazardous materials and waste handling. Hazardous waste training follows the <br /> applicable requirements of the California Health and Safety Code(HSC)Section 66265;California <br /> Code of Regulations (CCR) Title 22; and Title 40 of the Code of Federal Regulations (40 CFR). <br /> This plan summarizes the training requirements outlined in the Facility's Spill Prevention Control <br /> and Countermeasures (SPCC) Plan, Consolidated Contingency Plan, Emergency Action Plan <br /> (EAP), Injury and Illness Prevention Plan (IIPP), and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan <br /> (SWPPP) as it applies to hazardous materials and wastes.
