4 Record Keeping <br /> All hazardous waste training records are required to be maintained at the facility for a minimum <br /> of three years. Training provided in person or online via web conference is documented by a <br /> Training Sign-In Sheet. Training Sign-in Sheets (or logs) document employee name, signature, <br /> and job title of each employee that received the training. These training log-in sheets are <br /> maintained onsite and are the responsibility of the Store Manager to file and maintain. <br /> Computer-based training provided is documented by the Cornerstone database. Hard copies of <br /> training records completed through Cornerstone are not maintained onsite. Instead, the Store <br /> Manager has electronic access to these training records and a training record report may be <br /> accessed by the Store Manager upon request. <br /> A database of varying training topic materials and content are electronically maintained by the <br /> Corporate Health and Safety Department.
