(11) 55-gallon containers with unknown contents located along the west fence line two thirds of the <br /> way to the north of the property must have a hazardous waste determination made according to section <br /> 66262.11 of CCR, Title 22. Provide documentation for how this violation was corrected by November 81 <br /> 2010. <br /> 23. (2) 55-gallon containers of drained used oil and gasoline filters with accumulation start dates of <br /> 9118109 and 10/23/08 are located in the hazardous waste storage area. Facilities that generate up to <br /> one ton of used oil filters per year may store the filters up to one year. Immediately recycle these filters <br /> under a bill of lading and submit a copy of the bill of lading to the EHD by November 8, 2010. <br /> 25. (2) 55-gallon containers with unknown contents located along the west fence line two thirds of the <br /> way to the north of the property are damaged and have leaked the contents from the containers. <br /> Immediately prevent the contents of the containers from leaking further. Provide documentation for how <br /> this was accomplished by November 8, 2010. <br /> 50. (1) 385 gallon tank of used oil, one-quarter full, (1) 385 gallon tank of waste antifreeze, partially full, <br /> (3) 55-gallon containers of oily liquid are all located in the hazardous waste storage area. Also two drain <br /> tables with used oil located in the main shop area. Facilities who generate less than 1000 kg of <br /> hazardous waste per month and do not exceed 6000 kg of waste stored on site at any time may store <br /> waste on site up to 180 days. Immediately contact a licensed hazardous waste hauler to dispose of this <br /> waste under manifest and submit a copy of the manifest to the EHD by November 8, 2010. <br /> ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE($122). <br /> THIS FAC ITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANYTIME AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br /> EHD ctor i B Titl <br /> EHO 23-02-003 Rev 08/10/10 !
