Failing to submit to the Department within thirty (30) days of each shipment of <br />16 hazardous waste a legible copy of each manifest used, in violation of California Code of Regulations, <br />17 title 22 section 66262.23(x)(4); <br />18 1. Failing to label containers as "drained used oil filters" and show initial date of <br />19 accumulation or receipt on each container of drained used oil filters, in violation of California Code <br />20 of Regulations, title 22 66266.130(c)(3); <br />21 in.
