The provisions of the Permanent Injunction in Paragraphs 3, 4, and 5 will expire and be <br />of no further force or effect unless the Court (upon consideration of the Parties' pleadings and <br />argument, if any) determines that the expiration of the .provisions would not be in the interests of <br />justice because Defendant has not substantially complied in all material respects with the injunctive <br />provisions of Paragraph 3, 4, and 5. The termination of any of the Permanent Injunctive provisions of <br />Paragraph 3, 4, and 5 shall have no effect on Defenda-at's obligation to comply with the requirements <br />imposed by statute, regulation, ordinance, or law. <br />16. This Judgment shall go into effect immediately upon entry hereof.
