RESPONSIBILITIES <br />This section presents the responsibilities of the Emergency Coordinator, Incident <br />Commander, WAA Operator, WAA Coordinator, EDO, ES&H Team Environmental <br />Analyst, support organizations, and the Fire Department. <br />2.1 Emergency Coordinator <br />The Emergency Coordinator has the authority to commit LLNL resources and the <br />capability to obtain outside resources needed to carry out this Contingency Plan. Some <br />of these responsibilities can be delegated. <br />The Emergency Coordinator is available 24 -hours a day. The Fire Department Dispatch <br />maintains a copy of the Emergency Call List (Table 2). <br />Table 2.
