A white opened unlabeled container containing spent rags was observed in Building 801A, room 115. All hazardous waste containers shall be closed at all times except when adding or removing waste. Immediately close these containers and ensure all hazardous waste containers are closed when not adding or removing waste. This was corrected on site during 11/29/2017 of the inspection. The facility personnel placed these rags in a closed container. On 11/29/2017, inspectors on site observed the closed white container. Corrected on site. This is a repeat violation, Class II.
