Oral and written comments on the Closure Plan and proposed Negative Declaration will be <br />accepted for 30 days from the date of this notice and may be sent to Cal -EPA at the above <br />address. <br />A public hearing will be held if there is a significant degree of public interest. Requests for <br />a public hearing, including the issues to be raised, must be submitted in writing to Cal -EPA. <br />Written request for a public hearing must be received by February 18, 1991. If a public <br />hearing is held, Cal -EPA and U.S. EPA will give 30 days prior notice to the public. Written <br />and oral comments will be accepted at the hearing. <br />At the close of the comment period, Cal -EPA and U.S. EPA will make the final decision <br />after considering all comments. The F,)blic repositories will contain a record of the <br />decision and the comments received.
