Inspection Records: <br />Reviewed inspection logs for EWSF, Bldg. 883, M-816, and M-2. I also reviewed inspection logs for <br />EWTF Bldg. 845-A/B OD/OB, and Bldg. 829. No violations observed. <br />h. Tiered Permitting Applications and Authorization Letters <br />NIA. <br />L Annual/Biennial Reports: <br />Available, a brief review was conducted. <br />j. SB 14 Plans: <br />Available, LLNLS300 submitted their Waste Minimization Certification in a letter dated March 21, 2003 <br />(Attachment E). <br />k. Closure Cost Estimates and Updates: <br />This is a Federal Facility and is not subject to financial responsibility requirements. <br />I. Part A: <br />Available. This was reviewed in the Berkeley office. <br />Two Class 1 permit modification applications were submitted to the Department on April 19, 2002, and <br />November 19, 2002. A brief description of these modifications are provided in Section I of this report. <br />Currently LLNLS300 is preparing a class one permit modification to update the training plan, <br />emergency coordinator list and update the statistical limits for constituents monitored at Bldg. 829. <br />m. Part B. <br />There are separate Operating Plans for EWSF, EWTF and one for Bldg. 829, which operates under <br />
