Inspection Report <br />Lawrence Livermore National Laboratories <br />Site 300 <br />Inspection date - Cctober 28 and 29, 2003 <br />for the authority to require a fee of twenty five dollars for each manifest returned. <br />Discussions with Department management have resulted in the decision to issue a violation for failure to <br />include a training plan in the Part B application submitted by LLNLS300.
