. Inspedion Report <br />Magazine 3: <br />I observed inside magazine 3 that the hazardous waste containers appeared to be properly labeled. The containers <br />were closed and in good condition. The floor appeared to be clean and free of cracks. There were sufficient aisle <br />spaces between the containers. I then selected one container and I asked Mr. Scott to provide the operating <br />records for this container. The containerwas W 245983.1 also requested the hazardous waste inventory sheet for <br />this storage area and inspection log for the months of March and April of 2005. For more details about this <br />container and inspection log, see section IV, paragraph f and g. The Net Explosive Weight (Ibs) on June 16, 2005 <br />at the time of inspection was 0.16 lbs. The total Net Explosive Weight (lbs) at the time of inspection was matched <br />with the total Net Explosive Weight in the M-3 inventory sheets provided later on for review. No violations were <br />observed at this time. The total Net Explosive Weight at the time of inspection was matched <br />with the total Net Explosive Weight in the M-4 inventory sheets provided later on for review. No violations were <br />observed at this time. We then walked to magazine M-5. <br />Magazine 5 <br />Magazine 5 was empty at the time of inspection. We then drove to 883. <br />Building 883: <br />We were met at Building 883 by Mr_ Tageson. Mr. Tageson stated that Building 883 is divided into two storage <br />areas. One storage area is for generator storage area only, and the other area is the permitted storage area (one <br />year storage area). There were three containers located at the permitted storage area at the time of inspection. <br />The hazardous waste containers appeared to be properly labeled.
