Department of Toxic Substances Control <br />(DTSC). Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL) and DTSC want you to know <br />when modifications are made to LLNL permits for hazardous waste facilities and <br />operations. <br />This letter is to inform you that on July 3, 2007, the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), <br />National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA), owner and co-operator of LLNL, <br />notified DTSC that DOE NNSA will transfer co -operational control of the LLNL <br />Hazardous Waste Facility Permits and Permit Applications from the Regents of the <br />University of California to the Lawrence Livermore National Security, LLC on October 1, <br />2007.
