GROUND ZERO ANALYSIS, INC. <br /> 1714 Mam Street <br /> Fscalon, Cahforma 95320 <br /> Telephone (209)838-9888 <br /> Facsmnle (209)838-9883 <br /> April 27, 2004 <br /> Mr Martin Harris , <br /> Tuff Boy Trailers <br /> 5151 Almondwood Drive <br /> Manteca, CA 95337 <br /> Subject Additional Subsurface Investigation Summary Report <br /> Tuff Boy Trailers, 5151 Almondwood Drive, Manteca, CA <br /> Dear Mr Harris <br /> Ground Zero Analysis, Inc (Ground Zero) prepared this report on behalf of Tuff Boy Trailers to <br /> • summarize the drilling of one Cone Penetrometer Test (CPT) soil boring, drilling and sampling of <br /> one direct push boring, and the installation of three groundwater monitoring wells at the subject site <br /> (Figure 1) The work was conducted at the request of the San Joaquin County Environmental <br /> Health Department (EHD) to further evaluate the nature and extent of groundwater contamination <br /> associated with a former underground storage tank (UST) <br /> 1.0 INTRODUCTION <br /> 1.1 Purpose <br /> The purpose of the work described herein was to further evaluate the nature and extent of <br /> dissolved petroleum hydrocarbon constituents in groundwater beneath the site due to an <br /> unauthorized release from the UST formerly located at the facility <br /> 12 Resources <br /> Sean Garvey, a Ground Zero geologist, directed fieldwork from January 12, 2004 through January <br /> 14, 2004 Fisch Environmental (Fisch), a State-licensed drilling company(C57-683865) completed <br /> CPT drilling, direct push drilling, and monitoring well installation All work was conducted under <br /> the supervision of field geologist Sean Garvey and project manager John Lane, a California <br /> Registered Geologist Argon Analytical Services, Inc (Argon), a California-certified hazardous <br /> waste testing laboratory (ELAP #2359), completed the laboratory analyses for all samples Morrow <br /> Surveying surveyed the locations and elevations of the newly installed monitoring wells Ms Lori <br /> 1 <br /> Grourdze/souzi/reports/WELLRPT2b doc <br />
