Notes - Remove Waste Materials - Stockton Mormon Railvard <br />7/10/13 — T. Deen onsite to meet Environmental Logistics and document "Milk Run" waste pickup. <br />07:30 — Begin waste pickup at the MOW Haz-mat shed. Wastes included 3 drums of used oil, several small <br />gasoline cans, empty 5 gallon pails (oil and /or grease), a drum of drained used oil filters, a drum of used <br />absorbents (spill pads, oily rags & oily debris), a small box of fusees and a drum of universal waste (spent <br />aerosol cans). <br />Materials in Ha= -mat shed before beginning removal <br />Used oil drum lids were secured. The,drums were wiped off on the exterior to remove small stains. 2 drums <br />required replacement labels as the labels had either fallen off of the drum or were unreadable because oil <br />staining. All drums were removed from the Haz-mat shed, logged on the appropriate paperwork and loaded <br />into the Environmental Logistics trailer for transport off-site. <br />After the drums were removed from the Haz-mat shed, the floor grating and used absorbent mats were taken <br />out. Grates were set aside and absorbent mats were consolidated into the existing drum of absorbent material. <br />The inside of the Haz-mat shed was pressured washed and that oily water was placed into a new drum. <br />RECEIVED <br />AIJCi 08 2013 <br />ENWRONMENTgL <br />HEALTH DEPAR7MENT <br />
