The following are Class II (Repeat) <br />Violations: 122, 123, 124 and the following are Minor Violations - Notice to Comply: 108, 404, 407, 605, <br />610, 701, 703, 809 <br />108. The following wastes require hazardous waste determination: <br />0 5 -gallon bucket drum in the machine shop by the track. <br />o Four waste aerosol cans next to aerosol can waste barrels by the track. <br />o Absorbent pads, aerosol cans, and contaminated gloves in a 5 -gallon bucket in the Maintenance of <br />Way (MOW) trailer for used oil storage. <br />o Oily debris and contaminated pads in a 55 -gallon drum in the MOW. <br />o Oily liquid in the secondary containment in the MOW. <br />o A 5 -gallon bucket outside the MOW <br />0 55 -gallon blue metal drum and one blue 5 -gallon bucket with label of SAE 15/40 outside the <br />Product Area, and a 1 -gallon jug of oily liquid on top of secondary containment and oily liquid <br />inside a 5 -gallon bucket in the Product Area. <br />Generator shall make hazardous waste determination of the waste and manage the waste accordingly. <br />Immediately make a hazardous waste determination of the above wastes and manage each accordingly, <br />or dispose of the waste as hazardous waste in accordance to Title 22. Submit a statement and <br />supporting documentation explaining how this waste was managed by 08/08/2013. <br />ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br />THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY TIME AT END'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE <br />r <br />
