n <br />• Land Disposal Restrictions (LDR), Section 66268.7 (a)(6) <br />LDR records are available from my office. I am forwarding copies to the facility. <br />Emergency Coordinator, Section 66265.55 <br />The inspection reports a violation for having no emergency coordinator. This is not <br />correct. The names, titles, and phone numbers of our emergency coordinators are in <br />Section 1 of the Business Plan. This allows for easy updates of the Plan. Our <br />emergency response procedures include notification of our Resource Operations Center <br />(ROC). This is a 24-hour emergency desk that has home phone, cel phone, and pager <br />phone numbers for all supervisors. The ROC will notify the emergency coordinators for <br />the facility and will continue with notification of supervisors if unable to reach the <br />emergency coordinator. Environmental personnel are also notified. The persons most <br />likely to respond to an incident in Stockton were listed in Section 1 of the Business Plan. <br />While one of these individuals is off-site, the other works in Stockton and would <br />coordinate a response until additional help arrived. <br />Pursuant to your request, however, we have added Mike Harris as an alternate <br />emergency coordinator. <br />• Training Records, Section 66265.16 (CCR) <br />The roster for our annual environmental awareness training was reviewed during the <br />inspection. I have attached an outline of the course topics. Emphasis was placed on <br />proper waste disposal and handling. The Contingency Plan had previously been <br />reviewed at a safety meeting, however, response requirements were again discussed <br />during the awareness training.
