The U.S. Environmental <br />Protection Agency (EPA) regulations require that all Large <br />Quantity Generators (LQGs) of RCRA regulated hazardous waste <br />and/or handlers that Treat, Store, or Dispose (TSDs) of RCRA <br />hazardous waste on site, in units subject to RCRA permitting, <br />during calendar year 1993 complete and send to EPA the enclosed <br />forms by March 1, 1994. These regulations are contained in Part <br />40, Code of Federal Regulations, Sections 262.41, 264.75, and <br />265.75. <br />Due to the late mailing of the forms to California handlers, the <br />forms submission due date is extended to March 31, 1994. No <br />further extensions will be granted. Submissions should be sent <br />to: <br />U.S. EPA, Region IX <br />Attn. John R. See the inside cover of <br />the enclosed booklet to determine if you must file the report for <br />1993. If you are not required to submit, please return the site <br />exemption card on the back cover of the booklet. <br />The EPA has established a toll free Help Line (1-800-908-2159) to <br />assist you in completing your Biennial Report.
