A routine large hazardous waste generator inspection <br />was conducted on April 1, 1993 as part of Public Health Services - <br />Environmental Health Division (PHS-EHD) Hazardous Waste Generator <br />Program memorandum of understanding with the State Department of <br />Health Services, Toxic Substances Division. <br />II.
