Worth St. <br />Stockton, CA. 95205 <br />RE: REPORT OF VIOLATION AND SCHEDULE OF CORRECTION <br />On January 11, 1990 Public Health Services -Environmental Health Division (PHS-EHD) <br />conducted an inspection of Atchison Topeka & Santa Fe Railway Co. Diamond & E. Worth <br />St. Stockton, CA. <br />As a result of that inspection, violations of the hazardous waste statues and/or regulations <br />were identified. Specific violations and required corrective action are listed below. Failure <br />to correct the identified violations within the schedule period will result in PHS-EHD citing <br />you for continuing/additional violations. <br />REPORT OF VIOLATIONS <br />1. Section 25189.5(b), Division 20, Health and Safety Code.
