Charter, Stockton Program: HW <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> NOTES (The following are not violations) <br /> The facility generated less than 5 tons of hazardous waste in 2010 according to Fermin. Please be <br /> aware that this status may change after EHD reviewed hazardous waste disposal records to be <br /> submitted by you to EHD. (see item #60 & 63) <br /> 30. Observed 55-gallon empty hazardous waste container with no date when it first became emptied. <br /> Containers larger than five gallons that previously held a hazardous material shall be marked with the <br /> date they were emptied and managed within one year of being emptied. Discrepancy corrected on site. <br /> Discussed with Fermin management requirement of Universal Wastes including aerosol cans, lamps, <br /> alkaline batteries, mercury containing switches, CRT, electronic devices, etc. in a closed container with a <br /> label identifying the content and the start date of accumulation. Universal Wastes shall be managed <br /> within 1 year of accumulation. <br /> Recommended Fermin to dispose the discarded refrigerator behind the used oil trailer at an appropriate <br /> facility such as an application recycling location. <br /> A copy of Auto Repair/Body Best Management Practice fact sheets, battery management fact sheet, <br /> CUPA class schedule, blank hazardous waste labels, and San Joaquin County Small Business <br /> Hazardous Waste Disposal Program pamphlet, have been provided to generator during this inspection. <br /> Submit the following to EHD by: June 12, 2011 <br /> 1) A completed copy of the (provided) Return to Compliance (please keep original for your records). <br /> 2) A written statement how each violation was corrected <br /> 3) Evidence (i.e. photos, disposal receipts, documents) in support of the corrections made <br /> ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLEG AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE($122). <br /> T IS FACT ITY JECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY TIM A H S CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br /> E In or: Re d By: Title: <br /> EH -02- 03 Rev 08/10/1 CONTINUATION FORM <br />
