Used oil filter container not closed. -- Used oil filters must be stored in a closed, rainproof container, labeled as "drained used oil filters," and marked with an accumulation start date. * Immediately and ensure that all used oil filters are managed in this way. Submit evidence of correction to EHD by June 12, 2011. 60 & 63. Copies of hazardous waste disposal records were not found on site. -- Hazardous waste generators shall retain copies of all manifests signed off by the disposal facility and all receipts used in a consolidated manifesting procedure on site for three years and have them readily available for review. * Locate a copy of all manifests and receipts for the last three years, maintain them on site, and submit copies to the EHD by June 12 85. Copies of Universal Waste disposal records were not found on site. --A copy of the disposal receipts of Universal Waste, including but not limited to lamps, alkaline batteries, mercury containing switches, CRT, and electronic devices, shall be retained on site available for inspection. * Locate a copy of all Universal Waste disposal records for the last three years, maintain them on site, and submit copies to the EHD by June 12, 2011. 999. Observed ten spent lead acid battery at three locations: by either side of the used oil trailer, and one next to the west side of the front office; unable to determine length of storage. -- CCR 66266.80 and 66266.81 require spent lead acid batteries be managed within one year if generator stores one ton or less at any single location, or within 180 days if stores more than one ton. Disposal records of spent lead acid batteries shall be maintained on site for at least 3 years. * Immediately dispose above spent lead acid batteries in accordance to Title 22, and submit copies of the disposal record to the EHD by June 12, 2011. ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL W BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE($122).
