A white poly used antifreeze tank was observed in the yard behind the shop without a lid. Two drain <br /> pans were observed with used oil. According to Mr. Bassi, the pump for his used oil broke last week and <br /> he has been unable to empty the drain pans into the used oil tank. All hazardous waste containers shall <br /> be closed at all times except when adding or removing waste. Immediately close these containers, or <br /> place the waste into properly closed containers, and ensure all hazardous waste containers are closed <br /> when not adding or removing waste. The used antifreeze tank was closed at the time of inspection. <br /> REPEAT VIOLATION <br /> 605. A white poly used antifreeze tank was observed in the yard behind the shop with a faded label that <br /> had become illegible. All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: <br /> 1. the words "Hazardous Waste" <br /> 2. name and address of generator <br /> 3. hazardous properties (flammable, corrosive, reactive, toxic) <br /> 4. physical state (liquid, solid) <br /> 5. composition (contents) <br /> 6. accumulation start date <br /> All hazardous waste tanks shall be marked with the words "Hazardous Waste" and the accumulation start <br /> date.
