Two black steel 55 gallon drums of drained used oil filters in the shop and one black steel 55 gallon <br /> drum of drained used oil filters in the yard in front of the shop were observed without accumulation start <br /> dates on the label. The drums in the shop were observed without lids. Used oil filters must be stored in <br /> a closed, rainproof container, labeled as "drained used oil filters," and marked with an accumulation start <br /> date. Immediately close these containers and mark the date on the labels, and ensure that all used oil <br /> filters are managed in this way. <br /> REPEAT VIOLATION <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification to the EHD by April 19, 2012 <br /> along with a statement documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each <br /> violation and any supporting paperwork. <br /> "Facility generated 4.93 tons of hazardous waste in 2011. The facility will be moved to a lower permit <br /> category (<5 tons/year).
