DTSC accepts the findings and <br />conclusions of the PEA Report and has determined that the site does not pose <br />significant threat to public health and the environment. Therefore, No Further Action is <br />required at this time. <br />The provisions of the Consent Agreement will be deemed satisfied upon the execution <br />by both parties of the enclosed Acknowledgment of Termination and Agreement to <br />Record Preservation and Reservation of Rights (Acknowledgment.) The <br />Acknowledgment will specify that Tyco Electronics Corporation has demonstrated to the <br />satisfaction of DTSC that the terms of the Consent Agreement have been completed <br />including the payment of DTSC costs. Moreover, the Acknowledgment will be executed <br />only after DTSC's oversight costs have been fully reimbursed.
